Online Therapy

Online therapy offers a flexible and accessible way to attend therapy from a space that feels comfortable and private to you.

For some people, meeting online can feel less daunting than attending in person. It can also make therapy easier to fit around work, family life, health needs, travel, or location.

Whether you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or wanting to understand yourself more deeply, online therapy can offer a calm and confidential space to explore what is happening for you.

How online therapy works

Online sessions take place by video call and last 50 minutes.

You will need a private space where you feel comfortable speaking openly, along with a stable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone.

The work itself is much the same as in-person therapy. We talk, reflect, explore your experiences, and work at your pace. You do not need to arrive with everything neatly prepared. We can begin with whatever feels most present for you.

Online therapy can be a good option for many people, especially if you feel comfortable speaking over video and have a private space available.

If you are unsure, we can discuss whether online therapy feels appropriate for your needs.
