Online therapy offers a flexible and accessible way to receive support, wherever you are based in the UK.
At Ren Therapies, online sessions provide the same warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space as in-person therapy, allowing you to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences from a place that feels comfortable and private to you.
You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in familiar patterns, struggling with low self-worth, or disconnected from yourself. Online therapy can offer space to slow down, reflect, and begin to understand yourself more deeply, without the need to travel.
Sessions take place by secure video call via Google Meet and last 50 minutes. You will need a private space where you feel able to speak freely, along with a stable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone.
Online therapy may be especially helpful if you have a busy schedule, live outside the local area, find travelling difficult, or simply feel more comfortable beginning therapy from home.
If you are based in the UK and feel ready to explore online therapy, you are welcome to get in touch. A brief message about what you are looking for is enough to begin.

Online therapy can be an effective way to access support, offering the same opportunity to talk, reflect and explore your experiences as in-person therapy.
For many people, meeting online feels comfortable, flexible and accessible. It can be especially helpful if you prefer to speak from home, have limited time to travel, or feel more at ease beginning therapy in a familiar space.

No. You do not need to arrive with everything neatly worked out.
Many people begin therapy simply knowing that something feels difficult, confusing, heavy or hard to manage alone. Online therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and gently begin making sense of what is happening for you.

Yes, online therapy is confidential and your privacy is taken seriously.
You will need a private space where you feel able to speak freely without being overheard or interrupted. As with all therapy, there are some limited exceptions to confidentiality, such as if there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else, or where there is a legal or safeguarding obligation.
These boundaries will be discussed clearly at the beginning of our work together.
