My therapeutic approach is humanistic, integrating Gestalt Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, and Transactional Analysis.

This means I offer a warm, empathic and accepting space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace, while also supporting you to notice present-moment feelings, deepen self-awareness, and understand the patterns that may shape how you relate to yourself and others.

“Understanding our patterns creates choice”

Gestalt

Gestalt Therapy explores present-moment awareness, helping you notice what is most in focus for you, as well as what may be sitting quietly in the background. This can include feelings, needs, or experiences that are difficult to put into words. Creative or art-based work can also support this process, offering another way to explore the entirety of your inner world.

Person-Centred

Person-Centred Therapy is a gentle, humanistic approach that places you at the centre of the therapeutic process. Person-Centred Therapy offers a warm, empathic and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at your own pace.

It is based on the belief that, when you feel genuinely heard, accepted and understood, you can begin to develop greater self-awareness, self-acceptance and trust in yourself.

Transactional Analysis

Transactional Analysis is a therapeutic approach that explores how earlier experiences can shape the way we think, feel, communicate and relate to others.

In therapy, Transactional Analysis can help you understand where these patterns may have come from, how they show up now, and whether they still serve you. It can support greater self-awareness and offer more choice in how you relate to yourself and others.
