Anxiety can feel exhausting. It may show up as constant overthinking, a busy mind, tension in the body, difficulty relaxing, or a sense that you are always waiting for something to go wrong.
You might find yourself replaying conversations, worrying about the future, second-guessing yourself, or feeling overwhelmed by things that others seem to manage easily. Anxiety can also be quiet and hidden, especially if you are used to coping, performing, or holding things together on the outside.
Therapy offers a space to slow down and explore what may be happening beneath the surface, without judgement or pressure.
Ren offers online therapy for anxiety and overthinking.
Do you experience anxiety and overthinking?
-
overthinking conversations or decisions
feeling tense, restless or on edge
worrying about things going wrong
struggling to switch off
feeling overwhelmed by everyday demands
avoiding situations because they feel too much
feeling responsible for keeping everything together
finding it difficult to trust yourself or your choices
Anxiety is not simply “worrying too much”. It can be connected to deeper patterns, past experiences, relationship dynamics, self-worth, or the ways you have learned to stay safe.

Therapy can help you understand your anxiety with curiosity and compassion, rather than criticism.
Together, we can explore how anxiety shows up for you, what it may be trying to protect you from, and how it affects your relationship with yourself and others. This might include noticing patterns of overthinking, people-pleasing, self-doubt, perfectionism or fear of disappointing others.
My approach is humanistic and integrative, meaning our work is shaped around you. We may draw on Person-Centred Therapy to create a safe and accepting space, Gestalt Therapy to notice what is happening in the present moment, and Transactional Analysis to explore patterns that may have been shaped by earlier experiences.
You do not need to arrive with everything neatly explained. You may only know that you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or tired of living with a mind that rarely feels quiet.
Therapy can offer space to gently untangle what you are carrying, understand yourself more deeply, and begin to feel more grounded in your own experience.
